I appreciate you posting this so other members will find it.

Also, as more people join and post things like status updates and personal blog entries, we'll start to see Google and other search engines indexing more pages. This should help us get noticed a little more as people search for SL-related topics.

Twitter and Plurk are also a good place to promote me2oh.com because there are a lot of Second Life users on both services. If something is posted to a personal blog, it's always a good idea to promote what's been written on Twitter and Plurk with a link to the blog entry (tinyurl.com or another link-shortening service can be used to make shorter, Twitter-friendly links). If I post something about this site on Twitter, I tag it with #secondlife and #sl because people search those hashtags (I do, at least, and I notice that a lot of people are using them on a daily basis).

On a side note, hashtags are also supported here at me2oh.com when posting status updates.

And finally, if you want to promote your profile, putting a link to it as the first line in your Second Life avatar's profile in-world will go a long way. People always check profiles when talking to those they meet in-world, so it will help a lot. You can put whatever you want into your profile here, so links to additional Web sites can be displayed to anyone who clicks through to view your me2oh profile.
